I started taking online lessons with Larry after finding his Youtube channel. I was a little skeptical at first about... how the online lessons would work, but the process has been way better than any in person lessons I have ever had. As a big fan of Larry’s youtube channel it was really a treat to get to work with him directly. He is clear in his... instruction and demonstrations, quick to respond, but best of all he is a coach that will push you. I reached out to Larry 10 months ago – my game was pretty good (low single figure handicap) but was heavily reliant on... the timing of my hands and when that timing was off, which was an increasing trend, I lost the ball left to big left through the bag and I was lost on how to get the consistency I craved.Larry has been a breath of fresh air, through video & written instruction/feedback he has provided clear guidance and, more importantly, consumable things to work on which has resulted in purposeful practice and steady improvement. He also seeks to understand how you are feeling and what you are thinking to ensure that you understand what and why you are doing something and that you don’t get bogged down with too many thoughts.I was sceptical on how the online coaching would work but it has been a great success and what I probably love the most in working remotely with Larry is that you have a “coach on tap”, you don’t have to wait days or weeks to get booked in for an in-person lesson, you get feedback within a day, course correct and move forward.If you trust Larry he will take you on a journey of improvement. With his instruction I have made great gains: I’m consistently striking the ball better, have a repeatable swing that is not based on timing and can hit the ball further than I could before with better control and accuracy. I would with Larry online and LOVE his coaching. Had 2 previous coaches that seemed to be very focused on one random... thing. Where Larry took the long term approach, he built my swing from the stance, to the backswing, to the transition, to the finish. He is always great at giving you the WHY when you ask and you can see his passion for the game, coaching, and development. Love working with Larry, been almost a year. went from a 10-12 last year and sitting around 6-7 this year. Trust him, you will get results. AND he is just a good guy. I worked online with Larry for 3 months and saw tremendous improvement with my ball striking. Looking to get in the... lower single digit handicap range Larry gave me great insight and drills on what to work on to fix obvious and not so obvious flaws with my swing. He was very responsive (generally within 12 hours) whenever I had question or concerns about what to work on. The focus for me was iron play and I am striking the ball much more consistently with a tighter dispersion thanks to his guidance. Spending money on his lessons was the most effective purchase I've made for my golf game to date. Where is the 6 star option?I wasn’t able to find what I was looking for in a golf instructor until Larry. I am a... single digit that took years off of golf, but got back into it this year and looking to advance my game. I knew that I’d really need to make some fundamental changes to my swing to do so. First instructor I’ve found that teaches the type of modern swing I wanted with more consistency and ability to unlock more distance - and also one that would help me undo years of old bad habits. Been taking lessons regularly from Larry since he started in the Fall of 2015. I started out as a 100+ player with a... swing that I could get by with but clearly not fundamentally sound and thus inconsistent. Almost immediately he fixed some of my major flaws which helped me drop strokes right away. Happy with the initial improvement I continued with the program and now after a year I've seen tremendous improvement including several rounds in the 70's, a feat which seemed years away when I started. Everything from full swing to putting Larry has a very deep understanding of and coupled with his use of the latest technology in the Foresight GC2 launch monitor he is able convey the ideas to me in a way that is easy to understand. You can read about technique anywhere for free but having a trained set of eyes give you feedback and put you in the right position is the key. In golf feel is not always real and here Larry did a great job giving me the right drills and feels that help "build" the swing correctly. His lessons include immediate video feedback followed by a video recap after which are extremely helpful. I highly recommend Larry to anyone at any level seeking to improve their golf game.read more
